Limitations of coverage

  • Deliberately damage caused by the user.
  • Damage as a result of repairs done by individuals or service centers not authorized by PaceBlade.
  • Original factory serial number being removed, defaced, replaced or tempered with in any way.
  • Damage caused in transit or delivery by improper packing.
  • Damage caused by operating the units outside of manufacturer specifications.
  • Damage caused by man-made or natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning and theft.

  • You will receive a RMA form and RMA number.
  • Depending on the type of contract you will bring the device to us or PaceBlade will arrange the pick-up.
